About Founders School
Founders School is a four-year (grades 9–12), full-time, in-person high school for future founders. Students graduate with a college-prep diploma and real businesses they own, with the goal of $1M in profit by graduation, backed by a tuition-back guarantee for eligible students who enroll as freshmen.
- First class: Fall 2026. Admissions is open for the 2027–2028 school year.
- Academics: AI-accelerated, mastery-based academics on Alpha School's platform. Most students finish core subjects by 11 a.m. and spend the afternoon building.
- Freshman year: Founder Bootcamp: five 8-week sessions (Sell, Build, Validate, Grow, Scale) with 30+ rapid validation cycles. Sophomore through senior year, students scale one venture toward $1M.
- Mentorship: Every student is paired with a working entrepreneur, plus regular sessions with founders, operators and investors.
- Guarantee: Students who enroll as freshmen and don't reach $1M in profit by graduation get back the full tuition they paid, with exceptions set out in the enrollment agreement.
- Backing: Funded and led by Joe Liemandt, founder of Trilogy Software and Alpha School.
